Status (2026-08-11): the reps and silent-demo questions were already answered by Chris on 24 Jul 2026 in the course-resumption thread (found on review of Gmail attachments/history) — no need to re-ask. Only the farmers carry question remains open. Reply email to Chris now covers just the LAP corrections (Task 3 maintenance checklist, Eatwell Guide) plus the farmers carry question.
