Default action: When an email has been fully processed, Envoy moves it to the Done folder.
Deletion policy: Emails must only be deleted when the user has explicitly requested deletion, or in clear cases such as spam, test messages, or explicitly transient debugging mail.
When in doubt, move to Done rather than delete. Preservation of user email history is the default bias.
