Set up the persistent tail -f log pipe from radagast to pomelo: ssh radagast 'tail -f /var/log/messages' >> /var/log/radagast.log (run from pomelo, keep alive with autossh or similar).
Consider adding a john user account on radagast so radagast-john actually works.
Fix the ListenAddress shell warning in /usr/local/etc/rc.d/openssh rc script (cosmetic).
Delete /usr/local.old (2017-era ports) — new ports confirmed working.

Revert Xvnc's -UseBlacklist=0 (set 2026-10-14 to allow unlimited VNC password attempts while testing) back to the default (UseBlacklist on, BlacklistThreshold=5) once no longer needed for testing.
2026-10-15: start-radagast-fast.sh now opens a QMP monitor socket (/var/run/radagast-qmp.sock) — next restart should use it to hot-attach the fast NVMe swap drive (see HISTORY comment in the script) instead of editing the qemu command line and restarting again. Also move /usr/src.stale-2017-DO-NOT-USE out of the way permanently (currently just renamed) — it's a decade-old FreeBSD 10.4 source tree left over from the original install, never updated through the upgrade chain, and it actively broke devel/libpci's build by shadowing current system headers via -I/usr/src/sys. Confirm nothing else needs it, then delete.
