A single view of outstanding work across the notes system. Todos are scattered across many project notes; this note links each one so nothing is lost. It is an INDEX, not the source of truth — the linked notes hold the actual, current items. When you create a new todo note, add a line here (per README/orphaning).
• URGENT — OwnTracks → PostgreSQL ingestion failure. Automatic reporting appears to have stopped after 2026-09-18 09:04:47 BST, despite there normally being many fixes since then; a manual OwnTracks push on 2026-09-20 also failed to create a row. Investigate before relying on current GPS history.

Not indexed here: _todo is a one-off Envoy mail-server audit (not a running list); gdata-server/todo-backup-2026-07-27 and popit3/todo-session-2026-06-21 are historical snapshots superseded by their live todo notes.
Many project notes also carry inline [ ] checkbox items that are not in a dedicated todo note. Stretch goal (logged in ansible/todo): a small tool that scans every note for [ ] markers and regenerates this index automatically, so it cannot drift.
